Your mother had a very avant-garde collection at Opening Ceremony. What did you make of it?
SL: You have to realise that my mother did those designs in the Fifties or something. These trousers with a hand on the crotch and these boots with incense burners in them
CKM: The Christmas tree lights in the hoods?
SL: She did all of these designs in the Fifties and the guy and the girl who own Opening Ceremony are Yoko fans and they saw this book that she had published of the drawings and they wanted to realise this. She’s done all the designs decades ago and they decided to do it as a tribute. She was really happy, especially … .
